They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain as well much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much of the furniture, and many others.
